By participating in any Happy420 Africa flash sale, weekly discount, or limited-time promotion, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. General
1.1. Flash sales and weekly discounts are available for a limited time only and are subject to stock availability.
1.2. Happy420 Africa reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Flash sale and discount offers apply only to purchases made via the Happy420 Africa website or official retail channels.
2.2. Discounts are valid only within the specified promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
3. Pricing & Discounts
3.1. Flash sale and discount prices are already marked down at checkout. No additional codes are needed unless stated.
3.2. Discounts apply only to the specific products listed in the promotion and cannot be transferred to other items.
3.3. Flash sale discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, free shipping, loyalty rewards, or store credits unless explicitly stated.
3.4. All flash sales and discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned, except in cases of defective or damaged products (see Section 5).
4. Order Processing & Shipping
4.1. Due to high order volumes during flash sales, order processing times may be slightly longer than usual.
4.2. Standard shipping rates and delivery estimates apply unless otherwise specified in the promotion.
4.3. Happy420 Africa is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors beyond our control.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
5.1. Flash sale and discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
5.2. If you receive a faulty item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos) to request a replacement.
5.3. If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a store credit at our discretion.
6. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
6.1. Happy420 Africa reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms.
6.2. Resale or bulk purchasing of flash sale items for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
7.2. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

• Valid South African ID or driver’s license must be presented as proof of birth date.
• The discount may only be used once per customer per year (multiple times only within the week of his/her birthday)
• The offer is non-transferable and may not be used by friends or family members.

4.4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for incorrect addresses or failed deliveries due to customer error.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
5.1. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on herbal items, consumables, or wellness products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
5.2. To request a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with proof of the issue.
5.3. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5.4. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Happy420 Africa Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to all competitions ("Competitions") conducted by Happy420 Africa ("the Promoter").
1.2 By entering a Competition, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Competitions are open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
2.2 Employees, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
3. Competition Entry
