Orders and Returns
If you'd like to return an unopened product, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to notify us of your decision to cancel. Simply email us at info@happy420africa.com with your order number. Please ensure the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Once we’ve received your return request, our support team will provide you with a return label. Please do not send the goods back without this label, as it’s needed to process your return in our warehouse. After we receive and inspect the goods, we’ll arrange your refund. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for opened items.
We offer a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for defective products. During this time, you’re eligible for a return and replacement if your product is faulty.To initiate the return, please contact us at info@happy420africa.com, providing your order number, the defective product's details, and a brief description of the issue.We’ll send you a return label, and once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send you a replacement. If the original product is unavailable, we will provide a comparable alternative.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@happy420africa.com.If your order has already been shipped, you must refuse delivery. Once we receive proof that you’ve refused the shipment, we’ll process your cancellation.For bank transfer payments, please include your bank details so we can process the refund. For credit card payments, the refund will be applied directly to your card.
