Good quality, long lasting, and potent, but not really for me. All of them gave me headaches, and I didn't really like how I felt with Lift and Muse. I got pretty extreme munchies with Lift as well. Calm worked well, especially on my period, and I'd repurchase it. It's also the only one I've finished.
