I only rated 3 stars because of the negative courier experience where my details were incorrect captured on usecarter. The product itself is awesome.
The oil makes you very sleepy instead of a nice buzz and the liquid does turn colour quiet quickly it goes black, even though I remove it from the vape and seal it after any use, not so good as advertised or previous purchases.
I ordered two cartridges and one of them arrived only about 60% full. I contacted Happy 420 the same day it was delivered (a Friday), and they replied that they had escalated the issue. When I followed up on the Saturday, I was told the department that handles this doesn’t work on weekends. Every follow-up since then has been ignored. It has now been over a week with no resolution, no refund, and no replacement. I’m not asking for much, just for the faulty product to be dealt with. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and accountability is what I’ll remember Happy 420 as.
